Buenos Aires opens its arms to you! Upon arrival in the Argentine capital, a private transfer takes you to the hotel where you are warmly welcomed. After a moment of relaxation, let yourself be guided by an English-speaking expert in the soul of this city that vibrates to the rhythm of its emblematic districts.
The afternoon begins in the Plaza de Mayo: the history of the Albiceleste nation is revealed through the Cabildo Museum, which looks like another time, the Casa Rosada, where the fiery speeches of Eva Perón and the liturgical songs of the Metropolitan Cathedral still resonate. Then, at La Boca, an explosion of colour and nostalgia in the lively streets. The facades of the old buildings whisper their secrets, while the rhythmic steps of tango dancers resonate on street corners. Head for San Telmo, between colonial houses and flowered patios. Flea markets contain treasures, reflections of a sumptuous era.
To end this day in style, last stop in Recoleta, where European elegance meets Latin charm. Behind the gates of the Recoleta cemetery, sculpted tombs house the greatest legends, including the famous Evita.
After a gentle awakening, you are ready to soak up the essence of the capital. This second day reveals another side of Buenos Aires, between elegance, culture and the sweetness of life. Accompanied by your English-speaking driver and guide, you explore new neighborhoods, according to your desires.
In the afternoon, you have total freedom to stroll at your own pace: get lost in the bookshops of Palermo, explore the art galleries and artists' studios, or enjoy a coffee on the terrace under the jacaranda trees in bloom.
Head for the extreme south! Private transfer to the airport and flight to Ushuaia. A three-hour flight over the legendary landscapes of Patagonia, between steppes and snow-capped peaks, before landing at the end of the world.
Upon arrival, private transfer to the hotel and check-in to your room. The fresh air of Tierra del Fuego invites contemplation with the special light that gives the city its unique character
A day dedicated to exploring the ends of the world. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, you will discover the Tierra del Fuego National Park, a unique space bordered by the ocean and close to the Chilean border.
Then, aboard the mythical Train du Bout du Monde, you embark on a real journey through time, in the footsteps of the former convicts of Ushuaia. The convoy winds between mountains, groves and rivers, offering grandiose panoramas.
In the cool of the morning, we enter the former penal colony of Ushuaia, now transformed into a museum. Accompanied by a local guide, you'll learn the harrowing stories of the inmates who once populated these stark walls in what was once one of the world's most remote penitentiaries.
In the afternoon, sail on the Beagle Channel aboard a catamaran, just 150 km from the mythical Cape Horn. The boat glides between the islets inhabited by imperial cormorants, before approaching the rocks where sea lions bask in the sun. An immutable beacon on the edge of the continent, the "Lighthouse at the End of the World" stands proudly. After sailing, arrive at Estancia Haberton for an immersion in its period buildings. Founded in 1886 by the first European settlers, it is the oldest in Tierra del Fuego.
The day ends on a high note on Martillo Island, where you can get up close and personal with the Magellanic penguin colonies.
Driven to the airport by your private driver, you will fly to El Calafate, the pearl of southern Patagonia.
As soon as you arrive, your private transfer takes you to your hotel to settle in. In the afternoon, let yourself be carried away by the charm of the streets of the center, where time seems to slow down. The turquoise waters of Lake Argentino are revealed at every corner, like a giant mirror reflecting the Patagonian clouds.
At dawn, you set off on an exceptional day!
Embark in the direction of the North Arm of Lake Argentino, then head for the Upsala Channel, where the waters of the lake whisper thousand-year-old secrets. As the boat charts its course toward the impossible, a harmony of blues and whites unfolds in front of you, the glaciers seeming to dance on the water.
Arriving at the Upsala Glacier, whose impressive surface area of 595 km² reveals all its immensity, you then continue to the Spegazzini Channel, where you can observe the Seco Glacier before approaching the Spegazzini Glacier (66 km²), the highest in the Glacier National Park.
A suspended moment, in front of these colossi of ice, witnesses of motionless time.
This morning, departure for the discovery of the Perito Moreno glacier, the diamond of the Los Glaciares National Park.
Accompanied by your guide, marvel at the majesty of this glacier that stretches over 15 km long and 5 km wide. Its 55-metre-high forehead plunges into the icy waters of Lake Argentino, a striking contrast between the dazzling whiteness of the ice and the deep blue of the lake.
The spectacle is simply bewitching: before your eyes, huge blocks of ice, weighing several tens of tons, slowly detach themselves from the glacier in a deep rumble, before collapsing into the water with a deafening crash. Silence falls, broken only by the lapping of the waves formed by the fall.
From the footbridges, less than a hundred metres from the ice front, you can feel all the raw power of this nature in perpetual motion.
Estancia Nibepo Aike is a true piece of paradise in Patagonia. Accompanied by your English-speaking guide, you will set off at first light in the direction of Lake Roca. Your arrival is celebrated with a hot drink, including the famous mate, a real institution in Argentina.
You will then discover the typical facilities of this estancia, once dedicated to sheep farming. A short walk along the southern arm of Lake Argentino allows you to enjoy the beauty of the place, before returning to watch an authentic demonstration of sheep shearing and other traditional activities of the farm.
Lunch is a real feast: a cordero al palo, a lamb cooked slowly on a spit over a wood fire, an emblematic dish of the region.
After this delicious meal, return to El Calafate to spend one last night.
Flight to the spectacular Iguazu Falls, with private transfers on departure and arrival. These falls have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984. Their immensity is fascinating: over nearly 3 km, 275 waterfalls pour millions of cubic meters of water, sinking into the void for more than 70 meters in a striking crash.
At the end of the day, Puerto Iguazú invites you to take a gentle and authentic break. This peaceful little town reveals another side of the Argentine north, between lively alleys and colorful markets. Strolling becomes an art, passing through the stalls of local crafts where carved wood, woven hammocks and ornate mates tell stories of ancestral traditions. A stop on the terrace allows you to enjoy a fresh caipirinha or tereré, lulled by the relaxed atmosphere of this stopover where a scent of exoticism floats.
Then, a must-see stop at the Hito Tres Fronteras, where the waters of the Paraná and Iguazú rivers separate Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.
Departure for a memorable day with your English-speaking guide to discover the Iguazú National Park, on the Argentinian side. After hotel pickup, you enter one of the most beautiful parks in the world. The subtropical jungle reveals all its richness: under the thick canopy, a symphony of birds resonates, carried by more than 400 species, including the toco toucan. Between vines and ferns, delicate orchids cling to mossy trunks, while swarms of butterflies with shimmering wings float in the humid air.
The Verde Trail welcomes you for a first dance of about an hour with the falls. From the upper circuit, a striking panoramic view is revealed, allowing you to appreciate all the power and beauty of the site. The two-hour descent to the lower circuit then plunges as close as possible to the famous falls. The footbridges allow you to approach these impressive waterfalls from only a few meters away.
The adventure continues to La Estación Cataratas station, from where a train will take you to a breathtaking viewpoint of the Garganta del Diablo, the largest waterfall in the park.
When you wake up, the call of the Iguazú Falls still resonates. Departure with your English-speaking guide, this time to the Brazilian side of the park. After crossing the border and reaching Foz de Iguazú, a minibus takes you to the heart of exuberant nature.
From the walkways, the Iguazú River can be seen winding through the jungle before plunging into the void. Opposite, a grandiose spectacle: the El Bosset, San Martín and The Three Musketeers falls roar loudly. Further on, the impressive Garganta del Diablo appears, veiled by water and mist.
In the afternoon, dive into the winged world of the Bird Park, where macaws, toucans and hummingbirds offer an explosion of colors and songs.
After a final wake-up call and a breakfast with exotic flavors, it's time to leave Iguazú. Private transfer to the airport for a flight to Buenos Aires, where, in less than two hours, the hustle and bustle of the capital takes over.
Upon landing, a private driver will take you to your hotel. The rest of the afternoon is an invitation to enjoy Buenos Aires at your own pace. Stroll through the historic centre, take a gourmet break in a confitería or simply contemplate the lively porteña from the terrace of a café.
The scent of a last porteño coffee wafts through the morning air of Buenos Aires. Your private driver accompanies you to the airport, while the echoes of this Argentina that we have made you discover still resonate.
One thing is certain: this country of a thousand faces has not finished surprising you on your next getaway!
